You can use the Totals plan in one of two ways:
- Customise your diet using the Nutrition Totaller! Just enter the foods you eat each day and Nutrition Totaller does the rest. It not only shows the Totals values of your foods, it also calculates calories, carbs, protein, fat, fibre and salt. The more you use it, the more it can tell you.
- Follow our set meal plans! Find the meal plan closest to your Totals allowance and use the meal plans we have devised. You can make as many changes to these meal plans as you like – just use your Nutrition Totaller to help you find suitable replacements.
